1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the SG TEC website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SG TEC is operated by LookDesign, based in Gruszów, Małopolskie, Poland. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SG TEC provides custom software development services including, but not limited to: web application development, mobile application development, custom software solutions, UI/UX design, and cloud/DevOps services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements or contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for delivered services, the client receives full ownership of the custom-developed software deliverables. SG TEC retains the right to use general development knowledge, methodologies, tools, and non-confidential aspects of work for portfolio purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing.

SG TEC treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information, business data, or project details to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be submitted in writing and may result in adjusted timelines and costs. SG TEC will provide a revised estimate for scope changes before proceeding.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

SG TEC warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a warranty period for bug fixes on delivered software, as specified in individual contracts. SG TEC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work. SG TEC will deliver all completed deliverables upon receipt of due payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Małopolskie, Poland.
